These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and 37ji regarding your access to and use of the 37ji platform. Please read them carefully and completely before registering an account or placing any bets. 2.4 37ji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. See Clause 15 for the full amendment procedure.
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any gambling activity on the 37ji Platform. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 37ji is committed to the prevention of underage gambling.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. 37ji is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. 3.3 Eligibility Verification. 37ji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. 3.4 Disqualified Persons. The following persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining a 37ji Account:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one active Account at 37ji at any time. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is expressly prohibited, regardless of whether they are created under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or names. 37ji uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep such information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance.
4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 37ji login credentials. 37ji staff will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 37ji of unauthorized access.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your 37ji Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
5.1 You are responsible for the security of your 37ji Account. This includes selecting a strong, unique password, enabling two-factor authentication, and ensuring that you log out from the Platform when using shared or public devices.
5.2 If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 37ji immediately at [email protected]. 37ji may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.
5.3 37ji implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all Platform transactions and sessions. However, 37ji cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet and shall not be liable for any interception of data that occurs despite reasonable security measures.
5.4 Accounts that show signs of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or suspicious login patterns may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 37ji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 37ji is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.
6.3 Currency. All Account Balances, transactions, and game results are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless a specific game or promotion expressly states otherwise.
6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may be requested only in relation to real-money Balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and is not subject to any pending dispute or investigation. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable and must be converted to real-money Balance through satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.

6.7 Source of Funds. 37ji may, as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations, request information on the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 37ji are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bonus Terms and these general Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of the applicable promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and time limits are set out in the Bonus Terms for each promotion.
7.3 Abuse of Bonuses. 37ji reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited or attempted to exploit a bonus offer through: arbitrage betting, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the purpose of the promotion.
7.4 37ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. No liability shall arise from such modification or withdrawal.
8.1 Each game available on the 37ji Platform is governed by its individual game rules, accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by its rules.
8.2 Random Number Generation. Slot games and non-live casino games on the 37ji Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are as set by the respective game provider.
8.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) by real dealers in licensed studios. The outcomes of live games are determined by the physical results of dealing and are not subject to RNG manipulation by 37ji.
8.4 Technical Malfunctions. 11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
11.3 Any unauthorized use of 37ji's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 37ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.
12.2 37ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 37ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 37ji makes no representations regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 37ji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 37ji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 37ji is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) 37ji reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity in relation to your Account; or (d) your Account is found to be a duplicate of another Account.
13.2 Upon Account termination for breach of Terms, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, 37ji may forfeit some or all of the Balance in accordance with these Terms. Where no breach is confirmed, the remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus funds) will be returned via the original deposit method.
13.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of applicable withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.
14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 37ji Platform or these Terms, you should first contact 37ji support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 37ji will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days.
14.2 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.3 Jurisdiction. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints procedure.
14.4 All decisions made by 37ji in relation to disputes arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or bonus interpretation shall be final and binding, provided they are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
15.1 37ji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter Player rights, and updates to reflect changes in law — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Clause 13.3.
